Firehose offers multiple subscription plans with different limits on contacts, emails, and AI usage. Plan details are shown during signup and are available at any time from Company Settings → Billing or the Usage page.
Billing cycles
Plans are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Annual billing is offered at a discounted rate. You can switch between cycles when upgrading or renewing.
Changing your plan
Admins can upgrade or change the workspace plan from Company Settings → Billing. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing period unless you are upgrading, in which case the change applies immediately.
