This article gives an overview of Firehose's subscription plans, billing cycles, and how to change your plan.
Plan overview
Firehose offers multiple subscription plans with different limits on contacts, emails, and AI usage. Plan details are shown during signup and are available at any time from Company Settings → Billing or the Usage page.
Billing cycles
Plans are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Annual billing is offered at a discounted rate. You can switch between cycles when upgrading or renewing.
Changing your plan
💡 Note: Only admins can upgrade or change the workspace plan.
Change your plan from Company Settings → Billing. Plan changes take effect immediately — upgrading charges the prorated difference right away, and downgrading applies a prorated credit rather than waiting for the next period. Your renewal date doesn't change either way.
