Tracking Your Usage

How to monitor your workspace's usage of emails, contacts, and AI features against your plan limits.

The Usage page shows how much of your plan's allowances have been consumed in the current billing period.

Accessing the Usage page

Click Usage in the left sidebar.

What is tracked

  • Emails sent — the number of outbound emails sent via drip campaigns

  • Contacts uploaded — the number of contacts added to your workspace

  • AI usage — the amount of AI compute consumed across all agents, expressed as a percentage of your plan's allowance

Usage warnings

When any metric reaches 80% of its limit, a warning indicator appears on the Usage page. Admins will also see a prompt to upgrade their plan.

AI usage by agent

The Usage page includes a breakdown of AI consumption by agent — showing how much of the total AI usage was consumed by each AI feature (Chat, Copywriting, Call Prep, etc.).

Billing period selector

Use the billing period dropdown to view usage from previous periods.
