Managing Your Subscription

How to view and manage your Firehose subscription, including payment methods and invoices.

Subscription management is available to admins from Company Settings → Billing.

What you can do

  • View your current plan and billing cycle

  • See your renewal date

  • Update your payment method

  • Download past invoices

  • Cancel or reactivate your subscription

Updating your payment method

Click Update Payment Method on the Billing tab. You will be prompted to enter new card details. The change applies to your next billing cycle.

Cancelling your subscription

Click Cancel Subscription on the Billing tab. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. You can reactivate at any time before the period ends.

Invoices

Past invoices are listed with their date, amount, and status. Click the download icon next to any invoice to save a PDF copy.
