This article walks through the Firehose sidebar so you know where to find each part of the platform.
Sidebar sections

Home | Your dashboard and AI search entry point |
Inbox | Your connected Gmail or Outlook inbox, shown once your email account is connected |
Chat | The AI assistant |
Sales | Discover, your Deals pipeline board, Companies, Contacts, and Reports. Admins also see a gear icon next to this section for Sales Teams, Auto-Assignment, Segments, Activity Types, and Competitors. |
Marketing | Drips, for email campaign management |
Implementation | Onboarding, the implementation pipeline board. Admins also see a gear icon next to this section for Implementation Teams. |
Administration (admins only) | Team, Company Settings, and Usage |
At the bottom of the sidebar, your user card also gives quick access to Calendar, To Do, and your personal Settings (profile and email signature).
Role-based access
Firehose has five roles — Admin, Sales, Marketing, Social Media, and Implementation. Admins see every sidebar section, including Administration. Other roles see only the sections relevant to their work — for example, Sales and Implementation reps see their respective pipeline sections, while admin-only areas like Team, Company Settings, and Usage stay hidden.
