Inviting Your Team

How to invite sales reps, implementation reps, and other admins to your Firehose workspace.

Admins can invite team members to Firehose from the Team section. Each person receives an email invitation and completes a short onboarding flow to connect their email account and set up their profile.

How to invite someone

  1. Navigate to Team in the left sidebar

  2. Click Invite Member

  3. Enter the person's work email address and select their role

  4. Click Send Invite

The invitee will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. They will be prompted to connect their Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account and complete their profile.

Roles

  • Admin — full access to all settings, billing, and team management

  • Sales — access to the CRM, deals, inbox, calendar, campaigns, and AI tools

  • Implementation — access to the implementation pipeline, CRM, and their own settings

Pending invitations

Invitations that have not yet been accepted appear as "Pending" in the Team list. You can resend or revoke a pending invitation from that list.
