Workspace settings are managed by admins from Company Settings in the sidebar. The page has four tabs: General, Mail Domain, Agents, and Billing.
General tab
The General tab contains core workspace configuration:
Company name — displayed across the workspace
Website — your company's website URL
Company size — used for segmentation defaults
Timezone — used for scheduling, reporting, and calendar display
Address — used for billing and email compliance
Make changes and click Save to apply.
