Managing AI Agents

How to enable or disable AI agents for your workspace from Company Settings.

Firehose includes a set of AI-powered features called agents. Each agent corresponds to a specific capability — such as the chat assistant, the copywriting tool, or the call prep brief. Admins can enable or disable individual agents for the entire workspace.

Viewing and configuring agents

  1. Go to Company Settings in the sidebar

  2. Click the Agents tab

  3. Toggle any agent on or off

Changes take effect immediately for all users in the workspace.

What happens when an agent is disabled

Users who navigate to a disabled feature will see a message indicating it is currently unavailable. No data is lost — re-enabling the agent restores full functionality.

Who can manage agents

Only workspace admins can access the Agents tab. Reps cannot enable or disable agents.
