The Deal Pipeline

How to use the Firehose deal board to manage your sales pipeline.

The Deals page is a Kanban board showing all open deals organized by pipeline stage. Each column represents a stage, and deal cards can be moved between stages by dragging and dropping.

Viewing your deals

By default the board shows all open deals. Use the filter controls to view deals by sales rep or team.

Moving a deal

Drag a deal card from one column to the next. If the destination stage has entrance criteria configured, a form will appear asking for required information before the move is confirmed.

Deal cards

Each card shows the company name, associated contacts, and a progress indicator. Click a card to open the full deal detail page.

Deal detail page

The deal detail page shows:

  • Company and contact associations

  • Current stage and stage history

  • Full activity timeline (emails, activities, notes, todos, calendar events)

  • Open todos linked to this deal

Marking a deal as lost

Open a deal and click Mark as Lost. You will be asked to provide a reason. Lost deals are removed from the active board.

Closed/won deals

When a deal reaches the final locked stage (Signed or equivalent), it is marked as closed/won. These deals can be handed off to the implementation pipeline.
