Your Calendar

How to use the Firehose calendar to view your meetings and connect them to CRM records.

Written by Chad Deely

The Calendar page displays your Google Calendar in a weekly view and automatically links meeting attendees to their CRM contact and company records.

Connecting your calendar

If your calendar is not yet connected, click Grant Access on the Calendar page. You will be redirected to authorize Firehose through your Google account. Calendar integration is available for Google Workspace only.

Week view

The calendar shows the current week by default. Use the left/right arrows to navigate to other weeks, and click Today to return to the current week.

Event details

Click any event to open the detail panel. This shows:

  • Event title, time, and location

  • Attendee list with linked CRM contacts and companies

  • Event description

  • Option to add the event to CRM records

CRM enrichment

Firehose automatically matches meeting attendees to your CRM contacts and companies. Attendees with a match show the associated contact name and company. This makes it easy to review account history before a meeting.

Initial sync

After connecting your calendar, Firehose will display a "Syncing…" indicator while it pulls in your upcoming events. This typically completes within a minute.
