The Firehose AI assistant is available from Chat in the left sidebar. It lets you look up CRM records, summarize accounts, draft copy, and take actions across the platform through a conversational interface.
Starting a conversation
Click Chat in the sidebar, or type a prompt in the search bar at the top of any page. Your recent conversations are listed in the left panel, grouped by date.
What you can ask
The assistant can help with:
Looking up a company, contact, or deal
Getting a summary of recent activity on an account
Drafting email or outreach copy
Pulling deal or pipeline status
If the Firehose Chat Agent is unavailable
If your admin has disabled the Chat Agent, you will see a message on the Chat page indicating the feature is currently turned off.
Streaming responses
Responses stream in real time. A stop button appears while the assistant is generating a response.
