Managing Onboarding Deals

How implementation reps track and progress customer onboarding deals through the pipeline.

Moving a deal through stages

Drag a deal card from one column to the next. If the stage has entrance criteria, you will be prompted to complete a short form before the move is confirmed.

Logging activities on onboarding deals

From any deal detail page, you can log activities (calls, meetings, training sessions, etc.) against the deal. These appear in the deal's activity timeline.

Todos on onboarding deals

Create todos directly from a deal record to track outstanding tasks. Assign them to yourself or another implementation team member, set due dates, and mark them complete as work is finished.

Marking a deal complete

When onboarding is finished, move the deal to the final locked stage (Complete or equivalent). The deal will be marked as active.
