I can't connect my Google or Microsoft account

What to do if you encounter errors when trying to connect your email provider.

Personal accounts are not supported

Firehose requires a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. Personal Gmail and personal Microsoft accounts are not accepted. Use your work email address.

Account already in use

If you see an error that your email is already registered, your account may already exist. Try signing in instead of signing up.

Authorization was denied or cancelled

If you closed the Google or Microsoft authorization window without completing it, return to the Inbox or Calendar page and click Grant Access to try again.

Wrong Google account selected

If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you select your Google Workspace account (your work email) during authorization, not a personal Gmail account.
