Use this guide if you're getting errors while trying to connect your Google or Microsoft email account to Firehose.
Personal accounts may not work
Firehose is designed for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts. If you're using a personal Gmail or Microsoft account, you may run into issues — use your work account instead.
Authorization was denied or cancelled
If you closed the Google or Microsoft authorization window without completing it, try again:
Go to
Settings→Integrations.Start the connection again and complete the authorization window.
Wrong Google account selected
If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you select your Google Workspace account (your work email) during authorization, not a personal Gmail account.
