Can multiple people share the same email inbox in Firehose?
No. Each user connects their own email account. The inbox shown to each rep is their own.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Your data is retained for a period after cancellation. Contact support if you need to export your data before it is removed.
Can I have both a sales and implementation team in the same workspace?
Yes. Firehose supports multiple teams of different types within a single workspace. Members can be on a sales team or an implementation team.
What browsers does Firehose support?
Firehose works best in modern versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox.
Can I turn off AI features for my workspace?
Yes. Admins can disable individual AI agents from Company Settings → Agents.
