My drip campaign won't send

Common reasons a drip campaign fails to activate or send, and how to resolve them.

Written by Chad Deely

Domain not verified

Drip campaigns require a verified sending domain. Go to Company Settings → Mail Domain and check the status of your domain. If it shows as Pending, your DNS records may not have propagated yet — this can take up to 48 hours.

No eligible contacts

Your audience conditions may not match any contacts, or all matching contacts may be excluded (unsubscribed, paused, or at a company with an open deal). Review your audience filter and check the audience count preview.

Campaign is paused

Check the campaign status. If it is paused, click Resume to restart sending.

Sender address invalid

The sender email address must come from a verified domain. If the domain has been removed or unverified, update the sender selection on the campaign.
